Bio

Rebecca Temple was named Head Athletic Trainer in December 2025.

Temple was hired after serving as the Head Athletic Trainer at Columbia High School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, from March 2024 to November 2025. In that role, she was responsible for providing athletic training services to both middle school and high school student-athletes across all sports.

Prior to her time at Columbia High School, Temple worked at Milton Hershey Boarding School from July 2023 to March 2024, where she primarily worked with contact sports including football and ice hockey.

Temple earned her Master of Athletic Training degree from Lebanon Valley College in 2023. During her graduate studies, she completed clinical rotations at Camp Lejeune, Milton Hershey Boarding School, Penn Medicine, Penn State Health, Lebanon Valley College (field hockey and men’s ice hockey), and Garden Spot High School. While at Camp Lejeune, she worked largely independently, allowing her to develop rehabilitation programs and treatment plans for Marines dealing with musculoskeletal injuries.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College in 2022.

In June 2025, Temple was published as a journal author, exploring the athletic trainer’s role in HPV education. Her primary clinical interests and areas of focus include traumatic injuries, back pain, and knee pain.

Temple is a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer and is state licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania by the Board of Physicians in each respective state.

A graduate of Quakertown Community High School in 2018, Temple was a softball player and spent 14 years competing in the sport, including time on a national travel team. She continued her softball career by playing two years at the collegiate level.

Temple currently resides in St. Charles County with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Bates.
